By visiting this website, placing an order and / or making a purchase you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and such other policies as may be shown on our website or notified to you from time to time, which together constitute the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.

Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference.

Making A Purchase

You may register with us when purchasing items using this Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, so please take all necessary precautions to ensure that the username and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your username and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

Please ensure the details you provide us with on registration are correct, complete and up to date. Inform us immediately of any changes to those details (e.g. change of email or postal address). You can access and update your details using the 'Your Account' area of the Website. 

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we do cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


All Prices shown with the current rate of VAT and excluding VAT. Delivery charges area also excluded.

Please also note that as the products specified on this website are suitable and approved for use for customers within the United Kingdom. 


Payment on dispatch. We accept:

•Visa, Delta, Switch, and Mastercard securely online or over the phone
•Sterling Cheques (drawn on a UK bank account, made payable to ENDRICK TRADING LTD)
•Paypal - Pay securely with any major Credit or Debit Card through PayPal (having a PayPal account is not required)
•B.A.C.S payments (we will email our account details after we receive you order)
•Postal orders (made payable to Bins-direct.com)
•Cash on deliveryis available in some areas. Contact us for more information.


We aim to despatch your order the next working day from receiving your order on stock items.


All our products carry a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee against faulty materials or manufacturing. We guarantee to provide you with the most suitable products to deal with the problem based on our experience, however, we have no control over the end user application of the products. Understandably, acts of vandalism or collisions are not covered by this guarantee.

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The product if shipped must be returned to us in its original form, unused and including all packaging and at your expense. We will refund the full cost of the item (not carriage costs)within 30 days. Please email BEFORE you return any products.

If you wish to return faulty goods you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods, for a full refund or replacement. The product must be returned to us complete, including all packaging, if possible. Please email, BEFORE you return any products.

Shipping and handling

Post and packing Is not included in the price and is calculated by weight or volume and added on the order form for all UK mainland destinations, other destinations (worldwide) will be quoted a Shipping and Handling cost before despatch. For delivery to the Scottish islands please phone.

Customer Complaints

Bins-Direct.com (Endrick Trading Ltd) make every effort to ensure a consistently high level of customer care. However, we do take complaints very seriously and have strict procedures to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and effectively. If you have a complaint please e-mail us at office@endricktrading.co.uk, or telephone us on 01360 440066, with the following details:

  • the order number
  • a full description of goods which are the subject of the complaint. Please make this as informative as possible.
  • a contact name and telephone number and/or e-mail address.

We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within a maximum of 2 working days, providing a resolution to the complaint, or at the very least a timescale for such resolution, in which case you will, of course, be kept fully informed of progress. All complaints will be kept strictly confidential.
